Astro Orbit ride, give me feedback?

I've done this ride a few times, but I would not wait in line very long for it. It takes a long time to load and unload. Also, it seems every time I look at it, one of the cars is covered up because someone has recently been sick in it.

Have you seen those swing towers at Six Flags that go up a couple hundred feet? I've always imagined those little chains holding the seats breaking and ricocheting my butt across town. DS9 and DW love them but I say go ahead, I'll wait here.

Astro Orbiter does not have that effect on me.

I did it once. Most terrifying 15 minutes in my life. And I do not get motion sick or hate thrill rides.

Seriously, I thought I was going to swing out and die.

I thought I was going to fall out, too...though I was jammed in there so tight there was realistically no way I was coming out of that baby! :rotfl:It sure felt like it, though!

I'm one that doesn't like heights or spinning. It didn't bother me too much, but it was a one time ride for me. The reason wasn't the height/motion, but the wait time for what you got. Very slow loading ride. Plus, I would think timing it for Wishes would be tricky, at best.

My description would be similar, but I have somehow been stupid enough to ride several times (including just last week during MVMCP)

I love roller coasters/thrill rides (I am terrified of heights, but usually feel safe on rides). There is just something about the spinning of this ride combined with the height that makes me feel as though I am being pulled out of the rocket. I know it's completely irrational, but I can't overcome the feeling that I will be sucked out and flung across Tomorrowland.
