Associate Member paperwork?

It's me again. I was added as an associate on my mother's membership. When she logs in it shows me as an associate member. However, I haven't received anything. Should I expect to receive a mailing or should I call member services to inquire? I have an 11 month window opening on January 28 and want to make sure all my ducks are in a row when I call to make a reservation.

As an associate, I don't believe you get anything at all. You can call MS and request a PIN to set up an account on the DVC member site - we did that for my husband who is actually an associate on our DVC.

Associates just have the ability to make reservations. You don't get a membership card or anything - only the full member(s) get that.

Of course...today in the mail I got a postcard with an activation code so I could make reservations online. It just took them 3 weeks to get it mailed out.
