Do Universal have anything similar to Disney's Guest Assistance Card?
DD has ADHD and, if she is having a 'bad' day, I just know we will end up with a scene of some sort. With the lack of Express passes at Universal now, we don't even have the option of using that. I suppose we could buy the Express Plus passes but I am hoping that a) lines in October won't be too bad b) she will behave OK and, if she does, don't really want to spend an extra $60 on Express for the 4 of us.
If Universal do have this sort of thing, what do I have to do and who can I speak to about it?
