ASMusic Reservation

I have a reservation at ASMusic over Halloween. We have never stayed at any of the AS resorts so just wondering what the feedback is on this resort?

I've stayed at the Allstar Music 3 times, and I really like the resort. The rooms were just refurbished within the last year or so, the food court has some pretty good eating options, and I thought that the bus system was pretty good. My only complaint was that in the evenings some of the parks did not have separate bus stops for each of the Allstar Resorts and leaving the AK and MGM (now DHS) was pretty chaotic.
There are activities by the pool for the kids and at night they were showing a movie by the pool.
All in all it is a good resort for the money.

I am an All Star Veteran!
The one thing to remember about AS Music is the buildings go straight back, so if you are in the Country Building, you are going to have a 20-30 minute hike up to the food courts and bus stops.

It is alot of fun, the theming is really cute, and from walking the grounds at night, as you pass from each set of buildings, the background music changes accordingly. The pools are really well done, and really cute
The rooms are definately on the small side, and the food court can be a bit crazy (when schools take trips, they usually stay in the all stars, so don't be suprised to see lots and lots of teenagers) and usually at the parks the All Stars are the last ones on the list.

I love the All Stars, I'm pretty easy to please. So its always a fun place to visit!

That's a joke, right?

I've looked at the maps, and realize that the back buildings aren't exactly close, but me (and my kids) can walk more than a mile in 20-30 minutes. It's not more than a mile, is it?

It didn't take us that long at all. Maybe 5-7 if you're walking slow, but when I'm on my way to the bus to one of the parks, I'm in high gear!!! It's a great place to stay. DS17 said he wants to stay there every time we go. He liked it better than BC but wishes it was in the same place as BC... I guess you can't win them all!!
