We have brought a twin air bed on the last few trips. We've stayed at POP and there's plenty of room for it.

DD8 sleeps on it. I carried it in my suitcase-It doesn't even weigh that much.I think it's under 5#.
I don't know if I'll be bringing it this year since it takes up alot of room in a suitcase and with the airlines charging for suitcases now (hope no one else follows AA example) then it won't be worth it to pay the extra baggage price to bring it. I don't want to pay more for shipping it, or the extra baggage charge, than the bed orig. cost. The one I got was only $10 at Target a few years ago.
This year we may stop off at SuperTarget or
Walmart on the way in and by a new one. Ohh....I have a great idea-how about a air bed swap?? I'm still running a fridge swap after 1-1/2 years!
Anyway, there will be plenty of room for the twin bed. Remember, the resorts offer a twin bed (for extra $) so there is definitely room for one. What we did when we left the room for the parks was lay the bed up against the wall so the maid could clean. That way we didn't have to reinflate it each night and remake it.

We usually rearrange the room a little to fit the bed in a convenient spot. We like to put it where the table and chairs are and between the 2 beds. You just have to make sure you don't step on it in the middle of the night!
