A couple of questions:

Has WDW reinstated the "early open" program at the parks?

Does ASMu have a hair dryer in the room or do we need to bring one?

There are still no early entries and you have to bring your own hairdryer, those are only put in the deluxe resorts. Good thing I was at BWI last this June and my hairdryer broke, it wasn't a bad hairdryer at all, usually they arent as strong as the one I have at home but thank God it was.

Hairdryers are not standard in the rooms but I think they can be requested thru mousekeeping.

Gail T is correct there are no hairdryers in the room, however you can request one once you are there. My dh and I stayed at ASMu in June and requested one with no problem. They brought it to us right away.
