ASMu family suite with a snorer

My husband is a terrible snorer, so I'm thinking about booking a family suite at ASMu so that he can have his own room when it gets really bad. Is there much of a noise barrier when the bedroom door is closed? I'd be more than happy to share the living room with the kids if this would give me/them a chance of a better sleep =)

It is a regular interior door. The sound barrier will be the same as any door anywhere.
