ASMovies food court?

I have read so many good things about the POP food but have not seen much on the All Stars Movies food court. We have not been able to get a room at POP for the dates we are going and I am just wondering if the food will be good at Movies? Any suggestions for something special or should we just plan on eating while we are in the parks. Thanks!

We've ate at all the value food courts. While many prefer the Pop, we don't really notice a whole lot of difference when looking at the big picture. They have some different offerings, but all the values have a decent enough selection, and quality is all about the same.

We usually eat our big meal at noontime while at WDW and thus, eat in the parks. We'll have a lighter supper at the food courts. That being said, at least a few times each trip we'll have a regular, full supper in the evening at the courts, and they are just fine.

I've never noticed a difference in food quality between POP and ASMovies food courts. They are both good!

I always stay at Movies. I think the food court is pretty good, nice and big.

We have only eaten at the food court in ASmov and it was pretty good. It was chaos because we were there in August, but the food was good and the lines moved pretty quickly.

We were there in June and the food is your standard CS food. They have the same basic stations as the other Values just with different names and some slightly different dishes.

I did an abbreviated report on my blog as we only ate one meal there this trip. It is here if you want to read it and see a few pictures.

Depending on where you are you maybe closer to All-Star Music as we were. We had take out pizza from there are some pictures, etc. here if you are interested.

We have eaten there several times for breakfast and lunch and thought it was good. :O) Have a great trip

We have stayed at ASMo, ASSp and POP. As others have said the quality is the about the same for the normal counter service food, breakfast sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, etc. All pretty standard CS food. What is different about POP IMHO is the different foods they offer. Mom's night out-fried chicken dinner, meat loaf dinner and turkey and dressing dinner (all are delicious), the lo mein- regular and shrimp, the flatbreads, the fish of the day menu; all delicious. And POP is the only place on Disney property that you can get tye dye cheesecake

Keep checking your dates if you really want to stay at POP, they may come open (never know), but if it doesnt work out, the food courts at any of the Values are as good as most of the food courts at the other resorts. Eventhough once we stayed at POP, we have returned there every trip since (We are now POP tarts) We love the theme at ASMo and it would be our choice if we wouldn't have fallen in love with POP
