We will arrive early and I know i can check in and hop to the parks but,
How will I know when the room will be ready?
and do they take all the luggage to the room while im not there?
And I request Dalmatians but is this really that close to both pools or just one?

You can check in and go to the parks and your bags will be taken to your room. Check in is at 3 so if you are at the parks at 3 you will know that your room will be ready to go. The dalmation buildings are in a good spot. Not too terribly far from anything. Fantasia, Toy Story and Dalmations are the best choices for being close to the pool and the food court and bus stop. It is a terrific spot, you'll have a great time.
