When do I need to call to make arrangements for transportation from our resort to Universal Studios? Thanks.

contact them 24 hours before you want to go to Universal and they will tell you the times for pickup and where they pick up at your hotel...once at Universal contact them 1 1/2 to 2 hours before you want to return to your hotel
