ASMo to Dolphin

My daughter is going to a dance convention at the Dolphin in July. The room block was sold out in 2 days so now we have to commute from ASMo to the Dolphin every morning. Am I correct in assuming that an Uber or Lyft is the most efficient way to get there? Coming back in the evenings we will just take a bus to a park or DS and switch busses to get to ASMo. But that probably would lead to a crabby dancer in the morning and a stressed out mom worrying about getting her there on time.

Yes, you’re right, Uber/Lyft will be best in the morning. DHS would be the best transfer park - it’s a relatively short walk between the DHS bus station and the Dolphin, and the Swan/Dolphin is the first stop on the Friendship Boat route leaving from DHS to Epcot.
