ASMo resort -should I fax room request?

We are staying at the ASMo resort July 31-Aug7 and I was wondering if I should fax our room request? I have done it in other years but I haven't seen much written about people doing it. If anyone has gotten back recently and faxed do you think it helped? I have made a few request when I booked the room (no smoking, connecting rooms-we have two rooms, and the toy story section).

Thanks for any feed back. We can not wait to get there. Just 12 more days!!!

I faxed a room request to CBR on my last two trips and got all my requests. It doesn't hurt to fax a room request, though, so why not? -Stephanie

Some of the resorts are ignoring faxes now. Just call central reservations and have your requests noted in your reservation. You can also make any requests at check in. They really do try to help but realize it is just a request.

It would hurt to fax your request and to call CRO if there is a specific building you'd like.

we never faxed, but last summer when we checked in we asked if the Dalamtion Bldg was available. it was, first it was like 3rd floor, but we asked and ended up with 1st. it was a GREAT location. it was right beside Fantasia which is preferred for like $10 more a night i think. our room was like a min. closer thanthe fantasia bldg. it was really good .
