ASMo or Pop?

I just need 2 nights, after our cruise (not a Disney one) so we can do the Christmas party. I would like to do the Contemporary but since my dad is coming and I think I am paying for his room, I cant afford 2 rooms there. So I was looking at the values if I am paying for him. I can get the $59 rate for both places. My kids stayed at ASMo before and loved it

But, consider we are ONLY going to MK... one night on arrival for the party and then the next day. Then we head home the next day.

If you smoke--POP. For some reason POP has the smoking thing goin' on everywhere, big time, no rules enforced.

If you don't smoke: AsMo.

Other than that, the two resorts are very similar.

Uh oh. We're BIG non-smokers and this is good to know. We were considering a 1 night stay in the future, but this will sway us from going to POP and instead going to ASMo.

We were at All Star Sports this past weekend, which is usually my last choice of Value resorts because it has the smallest food court, but I was happy to find NOBODY smoking in the non-designated areas. It was really pleasant and I think will be my first choice of Values from now on for that reason.

We go to WDW 6-8 weekends a year and usually stay in a Value, so we've stayed at all the Values over and over. POP is just out of control smoke-wise, which is too bad because it's otherwise a great resort.

Thank you, we are definitely non smokers and my daughter has asthma so definitely good to know! I guess its ASMo! Unless somehow we win money between now and Dec and I can do Contemporary

take allstars..pop is not the best..it got long lines every morning for food and elevators..its 4 floors allstars is 3,, so not everyone want the elevators..that is a big problem at pop..the walk form rubics cube if you get it unreal..popis in a diff.county,,so thats why the smoking rules arnt enforced (thats what i was told)so donnt yell if im wrong!!!!and the taxes are diff as well
