Hi! This will be my first time ever going to WDW (Apr-03). My daughter will be 2 & 1/2 when we go, and we are staying at the All Stars Movie Resort-Fantasia. Does anyone have any recommendations on the best rooms at this resort? Please feel free to give me any advice or tips on WDW as this is my first time! We are staying 7 nights. Thank you in advance :) :Pinkbounc

We've stayed twice now at the Movies and we love this resort!! I believe the Fantasia bldg is now the "preferred" bldg and they charge you an extra fee per night. In my opinion, I don't think its worth the extra fee; the resort is not that spread out. For our first stay, we had Love Bug, which is the bldg in back of Fantasia. It was very quiet and a short walk to the food court/bus stop.

My little girl really loved staying in "102 Dalmations", which was still a very short walk to the food court/bus stop, and also very quiet. Besides the HUGE Pongo and Perdita, there is a big TV, which the kids can pretend they are on TV, and a little dalmation watching TV. Every time we walked by on the way to the room, Allison had to stop and hug the dog and play like she was on TV.

The area by the Toy Story bldg is also really cute - its Andy's room and they also have the remote control car out there that makes for a great picture!

You may want to ask for a first floor room if you're going to have your stroller with you; in case your daughter is sleeping, you can roll it right inside. Enjoy your stay!!! Also, I think All Stars have some of the best bus transportation on site!!

We loved th ASMo! Of course, we only paid $49!

If you want to be sure of the room location and you are willing to pay the extra $10 a night, I say go for it! Fantasia buildings are very pretty. I would ask for the first floor on the quiet side away from the pool (the pool rooms are a little too close to the "action" if you ask me).

You will love the food court and the fun atmosphere of this resort!
