We've stayed at the ASMo many times in the past, but always on the second floor of the Mighty Ducks section.

This time, I'd like to be a bit more in the center of the pool and food court, so am thinking of a first floor room in Dalmations.

Any cons to that? (noise level, etc.)? I'm pretty comfortable with the pros of the resort but as late risers--we tend to close down the parks each evening--wondering if the foot traffic, etc. is overly noisy. Our teenage DS and DD can sleep through most anything, though!!

thanks for the help!

We stayed on the first floor of Fantasia a few years ago, and I did find that it was noticibly noisier than being on 3rd floor, mostly around 7:30-9am when people are on their way to the parks.

Hope you have a great trip!

We stayed on the first floor of the Dalmations three years ago. It wasn't overly noisy, however we were a long way away from the food court. Dalmations is a big area and if you request it, you could be placed at the far back like we were. Keep that in mind and have a great trip! We are headed to the Sports in two days. Wish us luck in being close to the busses!
