Asking for CRO

Is it me, or what? Whenever I call and ask for CRO, I either get a moment of silence, then a sigh, or an abrupt "I can help you" from the CM. Never a direct answer of what department I am speaking with. It's almost like the dreaded question for them. This seems to be happening more frequently lately. In the past, I have had very good experiences with making reservations by phone.
