Asking about codes - -

Since becoming a DVC member I no longer recieve codes in the email or postal mail. I called CRO to ask if there was anything tied to me and was told they are not allowed to tell guests anymore. I called back and another CM told me the same thing. When did this happen that they can no longer tell you?

Great. So we are now at the mercy of our consistently lost/ungenerated emails and snail-mails. Just great.

That is the dumbest thing ever. I have never had a pin actually reach me in the traditional way. Why would they do that?

I call shenanigans on that, as I called as late as this past Sunday and found out there were codes on my account I was not aware of.

I just called and asked this morning without any problems. How did you word it exactly, OP?

Called yesterday, got a wonderful CM who after lookign for over 5 minutes found a code for me attached to my 8 year old sons name.

I called Monday and they found one on my name.

Is that the only way to check for a pin is to call ourselves? Or can our travel agent do that? We're going through Dreams Unlimited.
