I know you will all roll your eyes as this has been asked a thousand times but I can not find a thread with the answer.
I will be at All Star Music and have a friend coming to visit from Jacksonville. I want her to park her car at the ASMU parking lot and then we are going resort hopping and to Downtown Disney. She does not know the area so I am meeting her at the Crossroads shopping center.
Who do I speak to about getting her into the resort so she can park her car?

Thanks.

Speak to the front desk when you check in and they will put your friends name on the guest list at the gate.

If you are going to meet her at the Crossroads (just a short hop to DTD), just have her park her car there as she'll only be able to get a parking pass for 3 hours if she parks at the ASMu resort.

From DTD, you can take a WDW bus to any WDW resort...if you're going to the MK area...you can use the monorail and/or boats to get to the WDW resorts on Bay Lake and 7 Seas Lagoon.

Thanks for the info. I am hoping they will allow here to park at ASMU for longer than 3 hours. I also thought of having her leave her car at Crossroads but don't want it to get towed!!!! How about parking at DownTown Disney All day?

Are you driving too? If not, when you check in get a parking pass and let her use that pass! The All Stars are usually not a problem to park at as a rule, not like the MK and Epcot resorts at any rate.

Actually, they'll probably ask for picture ID at the gate and then she can park without a problem. We've often done that when my sister comes over from Plant City to visit at a resort. Again, ask when you check in and they might even give you two parking passes.

Tell them at the front desk at Music that you have two cars. They will print you a 2nd parking pass. When you meet her at Crossroads, hand her the 2nd parking pass to put in the dash and she can park at the resort all day.

I will have my own car. So I will try all of everyone's suggestions!!! :) I will start by asking about this when I check in and then go from there. Thanks all. I appreciate the help.

Don't worry about it. Your friend will have to go through the security gate but all she needs to do is give her name, your name and your room number and say that she is visiting you. It's common to do this. She's not staying over night but if you want to ask about the parking pass, you can. But don't worry about it.
