Have you read My Sisters Keeper by Jodi Picoult?
Assuming you did, what did you think of it?

Cried my eyes out and actually had doubts as to whether I could finish it!
Loved the twist at the end.

Did you agree or disagree with what the parents did to one child for the sake of another? could you/would you do the same thing?

Toughie and to be honest i'm not sure. When you have a child you will do anything for them so in that sense i could see why they had the second child. However, once that 2nd child came along you would love it just the same so what then??? It certainly made me think about people having kids for the stem cells etc but I don't think anybody could decide until it happens to them. Wouldn't we all clutch at straws no matter how fragile that straw is?

I can't believe how somebody can write such a book without experiencing it. She's a great writer.

I usually buy my books from the 2nd hand church stall so it will be Christmas before that one appears! (i've got a pile of around 10 books to get through!)

Favourite subject at school - why ?

Maths - I just love figures and you're either right or wrong with the answer. (there's no wishy washy in between)
I once got 11/10 for my homework as I came up with a better way of solving the question than the book and i've never forgotten the teacher telling all the class.

Least favourite subject at school - why ?

French - the teacher hated me! Years later I bumped into him in a nightclub and he admitted he'd fancied me - yeah right - what's the french for p**s off!

I think we'd go to Las vegas. This is somewhere we've always fancied but now we have kids it's not somewhere we would go with the girls until they're much older.
I've always faniced New York but with my girlfriends not with hubby - he hates shopping!

I spent every holiday of my childhood in a tent. We went to the same field in Wales every summer and the farmer who owned it thought we were mad. There was just us in the middle of a field next some woods.
Years later we re-visited the field and it was a caravan and camping site!

Tough one. Sleeping Beauty. My father has said for years I could sleep for England!
But I could also be Snow White. I'm 5ft 11 so most guys who asked me out were like dwarves!

Maisie - Belle. She loves her books, very kind and caring and the sort who would go looking for her Father if he was in trouble.
Bronwyn - Aerial - she loves going to the baths every week, and if we told her NOT to go to the surface then I'm afraid that's just what she would do!

I would have to say Pooh. Soft and cuddly, a bit thick but loveable all the same! Also he can't touch his toes either without something ripping!

It's a parents rights of passage to buy something that their children are embarrased about. In my case my dad bought a canary yellow Fiat 128!

My underwear. I have a thing about lingerie. My last set cost £75 bra and £48bottoms. I don't spend a lot on clothes as I have 2 toddlers and struggle to keep anything clean!
