So I have been doing Weight Watchers since about 6 weeks after Colby was born and I have lost all my baby weight, but I am completely out of shape. I need to start working out in order to get my body back in shape. Before I got pregnant, I was running regularly and had thouht about doing the WDW 1/2 Marathon, but got pregnant before I could follow though. With the new year comming, I have decided I need to get back to running regularly with a goal to do either the WDW 1/2 or the Princess 1/2 next year (2011).
So basically my goals are to continue loosing weight with WW and get my behind in gear and start running again. When I started running before, I did the Couch to 5K and found that to be a great program to get running. I think I will start with that again!
