Do you think that the castmembers at the Neverland Club (or other Kid's Club) could handle an relatively high-functioning autistic child?

I don't have an answer but I sure would like one as my DS is high functioning PDD and would love for him to go to one of the clubs with his sister one year.

when we went to the DVC tour, we left our two ASD/PDD boys with the child care staff at the Boardwalk...they were great, and the boys had a ball. We told the staff about their sensitivities, and they both expressed that they had cared for children with mild ASD before...so we felt ok leaving the boys for the hour. Mind you, we were just down the hall, and I went back and "peeked" a couple of times...I would leave the boys there again, easily. They were four years old at the time, and had a really great break from mom and dad!!;)

...and yep, we bought;)

I would call the Poly before hand... the small price of a long distance call might be worth it:D
