We have nicknamed today - BAD MONDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The phone rang at 3:10am. I was taking part in a local radio live competition and as I had won all last week I continued to play for the girls this week. However, I wont be woken again as I lost (thank goodness!!!) but I did enjoy myself.
Didnt manage to nod back off, so I caught up with my trip reports and then showered and got ready for the day at Seaworld. Headed down for breakfast at 7am and then went to Walmart to change my pj's (noticed a snag on them) and to have my nails done. They had no pj's left but for $4.00 I decided they were worth the snag. No luck with the nails - not yet open - lol!!!
We headed off for Seaworld and DH said we would follow the sign for Seaworld rather than head back to I4. Well its a shame he didnt follow all the signs and we headed onto the 417 to Sanford plus toll booths!!!!!! 20 miles later we finally found familiar roads and headed onto I-Drive back to Seaworld.
Passed Aquatica and it looks like it is getting there for opening in March this year.
Arrived at Seaworld just after 9am and headed straight to Dolphin Cove to feed the dolphins. Managed to feed all my fish to the dolphins rather than the birds pinching them. We then made our way over to the Seals and sealions. Soo cute and we watched a baby sealion feeding from its mum - awww!
The sealion show was next and for me I could leave once the pirate mime artist had finished - I LOVE HIM!!! He makes me laugh so much!!!
Time for Pets Ahoy and we were able to watch a cat named Garfield make his first appearance with an audience - I am glad to say he passed !!!
Free beer was next and then we did the beer school again - more free beer and then more free beer once we had finished beer school. I thought Bud Lite was my favourite but I sure like Amberbock now.
We mulled around a bit and then decided to go and do a bit of shopping. After DH taking the wrong turn on 2 more occasions (this is only our 9th time here!!!!!!),we headed over to the Premium Outlets and our great day started again!!!
Firstly, I was in Guess and could not decide on handbags, anyway as we walk out the alarm sounds but we walk out along side another couple. We stop and look at them and they look at us and then DH says to me 'you still have a handbag in your hand' - OMG i had walked out of Guess with a handbag I hadnt paid for. I ran stright back in apologising like mad, thinking I was going to be arrested, sent home and not let back in the US ever again. The woman in there was laughing saying she didnt realise I had it and thought my disney bag had set the alarm off as they do on many occasion!! I was sooooo embarrased.
Next we went into the Calvin Klein store and whilst I was looking at more handbags (but remembering to put them back this time), DH decided to try some aftershave. This so called aftershave smelt a bit strange and after we looked closer, we found that it wasnt aftershave but ladies perfume!!!!!
We thought we better call it a day and drove back to the hotel. We parked up and walked over to Bahama Breeze. Hooray I finally get my Bahamaritas and I sure made up for it having 4 in all. DH had an Aruba red beer, pina colada and a long island iced tea. We were hungry but not starving, so we just grabbed a starter each and these were huge. I had chicken wings and DH had west indian patties.
We finished up as Amercian Idol was starting on TV so we headed back to the room. Flicked the tv on and found that this started tomorrow not today!!! I think it is time for bed before anything else goes wrong today. So I am going to finish this report and go straight to bed without passing go or collecting £200!!!!
Tomorrow - Cypress Gardens.
