Hubs is in LA at the moment, almost back home. Eesh, this has been a long 10 days. I'd been doing a live flight tracker and watching his plane pass close to Hawaii. Then I immediately thought of Aulani. (Is it lame that I was watching his little plane icon cross the ocean? )

Yesssss....my beloved ziploc bags. Yes, I do 1 outfit for each day...makes it so much easier when the girls can just go in and find the outfit for that day, pull out the contents and put it on. Also, I feel like it keeps the clothes away from any creepy crawlies that might be in a room or in luggage next to ours on the plane.... A little psycho I know...but that's how I roll.

Yeah baby, someone else who organizes daily outfits in Ziplocs! If left to his own devices and my hubs was in charge of picking out her clothes, my kiddo would not have a single article of clothing that matches or she'd be in corduroys in the dead of summer. Ziplocs remove all the guesswork on vacation. (I guess I take it just one, possibly unnecessary step further and put my Ziplocs into packing cubes. Can't live without my packing cubes. )

Coming your way on Sat 6/21 ... have left to book my return flight ... don't you really have a handering to visit O'Hare?

You know, we've got a guest staying starting Tuesday for two ... long ... weeks. If I book a flight to escape, I'll make sure I do it on that Saturday so we can meet up.

Lily clearly takes after me. When I put cream on my face I have to pretend to dab some on her. When I apply my blush I have to run a brush over her cheeks. She is too funny! Down the shore she would take my beach bag and put my phone in it, put it on her shoulder and wave and tell me bye. She's going to give me a run for my money for sure!

I have decided all will be fine no matter what! Bree had a palpitation episode last night that almost got her to the ER. Luckily my tricks worked, so another follow up to the Pediatric Cardiologist Poor baby!

Thanks for your input MM. He could fix it on his own as an adult, but it would be a major surgery instead of a quick outpatient surgery if we do it now.

Yeah, this would make me in favor of having it done now. Due to a wonky septum, I had a septoplasty when I was in my early 20's and had to undergo general anesthesia. Not sure if this could potentially happen to him or not. Although if having it done now will help prevent any breathing problems from developing later on, I'd say go for it.

Hannah, that would be great news if your Mom could join you on the trip! Hopefully we will get a chance to meet up with you in January (and your mom if she comes). She can find out we are legit and nice!

I am hoping she can come! As much as I would love to do whatever I want, the trip would be nice if my mom could go with. I guess I'll have to have alcohol at Disney another time. I really wanted to try a drink at the pool bar or have a drink with dinner or go to Jellyrolls. My mom is very conservative so I don't drink around her. Like I ever drink anyways. Though I'm a sucker for the Pink Punk Cosmo at TGIF and The Big Apple (a very fruity appletini) at Dave & Busters.

I would love for her to meet my RC family. She will definitely find out how lovely you ladies are! Hopefully we will get to meet up! Even if my mom can't go.

Did a final height check of DD5.....completely barefoot and hair low and pulled completely back....42.5 inches!!!!!

Tower of Terror, BTMRR, and Splash Mountain, here she comes!!!!! (she wasn't big enough on her first two trips!!!)

Heck, with shoes on she might make it onto Space Mountain!!!

I did everything with my kids when they were young until they were young teens - first trip they were 7 & 8, so a little older...but I did whatever they wanted to do...and I am a HUGE wimp! No Splash Mtn then or TOT....but I've done most attractions at least once...some once was enough...like TOT!!

Ugh just got a call at work that Danimal now has an infection in his eyes. I really think I'm going to have a nervous breakdown before we leave for Disney.

I did everything with my kids when they were young until they were young teens - first trip they were 7 & 8, so a little older...but I did whatever they wanted to do...and I am a HUGE wimp! No Splash Mtn then or TOT....but I've done most attractions at least once...some once was enough...like TOT!!

Sooooooooo....you'd probably be horrified that DH and I went on the TOT 11 TIMES IN A ROW on our honeymoon....that's without getting off once!!!! (a hurricane had cleared out the park, we had it to ourselves)

The TOT is my favorite ride!!!!

Augh!!!! Please don't have a nervous breakdown...think of it this way...they are getting it out of their system now, instead of 4 days before your trip. Hope Danimal is feeling better soon!

Oh, Dani, no!!! this is just awful!

Hope it is only conjunctivitis - that goes away pretty quick with drops...but if it is, keep his towels etc separated or you and Lily can catch it too. Many of my preschoolers had it and I did not allow them to come for 10 days...the one time I gave in my DS and I both got it ...so be super careful! Otherwise, it's no big deal.

You need a Disney break and soon!!!

Sooooooooo....you'd probably be horrified that DH and I went on the TOT 11 TIMES IN A ROW on our honeymoon....that's without getting off once!!!! (a hurricane had cleared out the park, we had it to ourselves)

The TOT is my favorite ride!!!!

I always knew there had to be TOT nuts out there somewhere!! Our GG and Magic love it too!!

Where do I get the code for the cruise line? Everytime I call they have no interine rates. I assume your talking about DCL.

I don't know if I'm allowed to post it... I guess it's ok since you have to fax in identification for it to be valid. It's INT. You can only find deals about 2 months in advance.
