This RC'r is at it again.

Well, when you don't have to make resort changes anymore, what does the change-obsessed do??? WHY start in on their ADRs of course!!!
Leave it to me, in the Span of a couple days, I've booked 50's PT Cafe, cancelled PT, booked SCI FI dinner, cancelled SCI FI dinner......now I JUST booked SCI FI LUNCH! geesh.....hopefully I can finally leave it alone!!!!
I thought that nice burgers and shakes sounded much better as a lunch time meal and break from the park.....then that leaves dinner open on our DHS day for us to just wing it with a QS credit.....the boys can go off on their own and not worry about meeting up for an ADR, they can hit up EPCOT EMH till 12am if they want (looks like I'll have to add on PH'ers ) my BFF and I can do what we like, stay for F! at 8pm if we like, or just hit the Poly for a nice break

..... Depending on where the mood swings! It'll be our last day in Disney before heading over to Universal. maybe we can sleep in a tad, and get to the park around 10 am instead of 9. I have never yet seen ALL of F!, I usually leave when Mickey stands by the mountain to beat the crowds to the busses.....I have to decide if I really feel like fighting F! crowds or not....maybe this is the Yr to see ALL of the show DHS is a park that doesn't really take ALL day.....as long as I get in my favorites TOT and RNRC, art of animation and a ride on TSM, we are good! So I don't think I will want to stick it out there waiting for F! To start......we will play it by ear, I guess

I'm totally changing all my ADRs around too. It's a blessing and a curse that it's so easy to get ADRs now.

DEFINITELY! We are hungry early anyway...then after snacks in the lounge and dessert we usually need another QS/Snack before bed. 1 big meal a day

PAS..... This is what I am thinking too, but my BFF is a newbie and never been there before. I am thinking maybe we can stretch it to 5 hrs......but I definitely think by 5pm, I'll be so ready to leave the studios.....that leaves the evening for something.....I don't know what my feet and body will be up to though, we will have to play it by ear!

I thought of doing AoA for the whole trip initially but both DH and DS want to use the extras (ie. fishing and pool with a slide) at POR. Plus I'd love to be able to use the boat to DTD for at least 1 trip.

We're not losing a day while we switch b/c its our day off-site anyways. Renting a car for the day and shopping plus visiting some family in Lakeland. Picked that day specifically as its Veteran's Day and parks will be a slight bit busier then the norm for that week.

Think I'll leave it as is for now and see what happens when FD is announced.

DTD is going to be after our discovery cove day...but knowing my BFF and how she likes to shop....that could be a viable option depending on my tootsies and my body, the volcano pool might be it for us girls! oh, and a fruity adult concoction

Hey Marie!!! I'm so sorry! I know I totally bailed...but that darn place was causing me too much anxiety!!! That's does not a happy vacation planner make.

I am a little disappointed, I went on all ears and looked at the menus which have been updated, my son's and my favourite meal (steak) at 50's PT Cafe is no longer on the menu!!!! .... We were so shocked by our fave 50sPT in March. The new Lunch/Dinner “UNI-MENU” is terrible IMO. Too heavy meals for lunch time. Yuk. They took some of our faves off also. Bye Bye 50sPT ...we picked Sci-Fi too this time around.

Yay for Poly AND a cabana I just booked an August weekend with DH since the AP rates are out...my plan was for Poly or WL (5% off....seriously)

Wednesday Greetings, RC family!! Magic - does this mean you all are at the Poly with a...sigh... Cabana in August? How long will you be able to join them? It all sounds like Disney heaven!

Hi!!! Mind you Poly isn't my fave Resort, but I do enjoy it. And I will try a cabana this time and reserve judgment. Wanted to make sure DN got to go back to her HAPPY PLACE just in case any of the GCH rumors were true. We're back to Wed-Sun.

This is not looking good for WL discounts for January....well, I say we stay wherever we find the best rate...it will be fun wherever we stay...one good reason for WL was cost, but if it winds up with a 5% discount and YC is 30%....well, then it is a no brainer. I have been expecting Disney to charge more for WL b/c of the refurb...so add that to a possible 5% and geesh...

IPO contacted me yesterday about my WL CL room for the original November dates... just sayin.

I just saw the AP discounts for summer. Only 5% at Poly? Do they realize how many empty rooms they have?

5% is a slap in the face.

Help. Do I change again when free dining is announced? Am I crazy to downgrade resorts mid-way through the trip?

I agree AoA is no downgrade. It would be fun! I am a true POR lover, but I think you all will be cramped.

Those 5% discounts at the monorail resorts is crazy. That is exactly why we changed from CR to BW in March. Even FD works out to around a 19-20% savings if staying at a Deluxe resort for me and DH.

You've gone from pot-stirrer to voice of reason! That's mostly why I added CR in the first place. We love the BLV and room, I couldn't get BLT, we love monorail resort breakfasts and walking to the MK.

NO Way!! It takes me 2 hours just to get TSM in twice!! And then there's Beauty and the Beast show , the Little Mermaid, [if I'm brave, RR), Indiana Jones, the great movie ride .... OH, and the shops!!

And to you Tulles!! Agree with the others on AoA Just a thought ... maybe add the WPF&M to your tix?? That way you give everyone plenty of water rides!! And you may be lucky on the busing to DTD ...

Sorry to hear about the changes to PT 50s .. we always have so much fun there (going to suggest a meal for the RC trip). Hopefully the meatloaf and fried chicken is still on the menu!!

That was in the original plans but being that we're going the week before Thanksgiving and the kids are really too young to enjoy DQ we thought it would be a waste of money. Plus us 3 adults all have a single day left on previous tickets for BB and we'll just pay OOP for the kids for the 1 day we do it.

Ughhh I just got an email for 60% off AoA. That makes it less than $100 a night. I totally would love to stay there for a night or 2!!! However my whole trip is already planned and switching 2 nights there would be too much of a hassle. Why did they have to send it so late?!
