We are getting ready to make reservations for our Disney Cruise for 2014, we always stay at WDW before our cruise. We will be going on 2 cruises next year, a short 4 day one and taking our older kids (DD 25, DS 26) just so they can get a taste of cruising, we will probably stay at AoA or in the Cabins, that will be in May.
But our 2nd cruise will be in November and it will be just DH, our DS (5) and myself. Sad to say but yes DS who is gonna be 5 normally crawls in bed with us and being the older parents we are its just easier to let him in our bed then stay up all night fighting with the little guy. I saw the POR offers a King room with a fold down small bed, that sounds really good but a Family Suite at Music might work too, having 2 tv's would be great! But only offers a queen bed
I prefer the Deluxe resorts, but 2 years ago we stayed at POP and really liked it, perfect for a 2 year old. I have never stayed in a MOD, and POR looks nice, we are also trying to save $ at WDW so we have a nicer room on the ship.
Renting points is always an option too.....a studio would be nice
