Artscow...If anyone has used them, I need HELP!!!

I'm trying to make a 7x5 photo book. The question I have mainly pertains to the cover and back.
How can I tell if the photo on the cover is going to be relatively centered? on the designer part if the photo looks centered, when I go to the book preview, it's way off to one side
when I'm placing the photo, do I consider the bleed area or not?

I just bought my wife an umbrella from artscow for Mother's Day. While on the site, I was looking at their photo books. My best advice is to reconsider and go to a shutterfly or similar site. I have a couple of reasons for saying this. First, artscow products are manufactured in Hong Kong. It's not a "Made in the USA" objection (although I do prefer to buy domestic), it is a shipping thing. They are expensive and take a long time to produce and ship to you. Also, the functionality is not as good. I have made probably 10 or 15 books on shutterfly and I like thir quality, their customer service and their production/shipping times. Snapfish is another option, but I can tell you firsthand that Shutterfly has always made me happy, and when they messed up, they corrected it on their dime. AND they have good promos from time to time, so I made my kids an autograph book for FREE last month for our trip in July. I hope this helps you.

OP, I am in total agreement with PP. Many people including myself have had their orders canceled, after they accepted payment adn then they only refund via pay pal IF they refund you. I am going thgrough a dispute with them now.

I did order from them prior to this horrible expierience, and the quality is quite low! Go to shutterfly or snapfish.
