I ordered about 15 ornaments approx. 2 weeks ago and I got them yesterday. They looked just fine. For $2 each I was completely satisfied. I think maybe when you use the free credits you can't get free shipping--not sure, but I think maybe that is how it works.

Yep, I just checked and the shipping is ridiculous!! I'll only be ordering the items that have a code for free shipping!

I'm sorry if this question has been asked already but I was wondering how long is it taking to receive your items after you order them?

Everything I've ordered is taking about 10-14 days, except the dog tags are taking longer. They emailed me to say they would, so as long as I get them before Christmas it's fine.

Just an FYI for those who are ordering as presents - while I loved the gifty stuff I ordered (key chains, etc.), I found that the quality of artscow's photobooks was really bad. Pics were way too saturated and the books were nowhere near the quality of shutterfly, picaboo, etc. Of course, for the $0 I paid for the them, I don't have much right to complain! And it sounds like other people have been pleased with the books - perhaps I just got a bum lot. But if a photobook is your primary present, you may want to have backup plans in case your books print as poorly as mine did.

Otherwise, I really like artscow's products and don't mind the slow shipping so much.

Do you(or anyone else who has done this) know how to "extend pictures"? The site keeps telling me to "Please extend your picture to fill the bleed(grey) area." I can't for the life of me figure out how to do that. I have a lot of grey around my cover layout.

Same with me - I have used paypal to pay ALWAYS, just in case. I have ordered 4x6's, 5x7's, 8x10's, 12x18's, and a calendar, and they all turned out great. The calendar wasn't QUITE as clean and crisp as the one I got from Snapfish last year, but it still looks great, and was much cheaper. My smaller prints arrived pretty quickly, while my larger prints took longer to arrive - some almost 2 weeks! (the 12x18's)
Again, if anyone has any 12x18 codes I will gladly trade other codes I have for them! (or give them a good home, if they'll expire soon anyway!) This is the best way I've found to print my digital scrapbooking, though it seems most people prefer the photobooks...

I don't mean to be a Nervous Nellie, but do you think there would be any possibility the dogtags would contain lead? I bought a set for each of our kids with our family pic on one side and our phone # on the other side as child id's for our upcoming trip to Disney. I'm now worried my kids will chew on them (they did this on our last trip with those little plastic sleeves Disney sells. THey chewed on them whild waiting in line, ect. By the end of the week every kids sleeve was broken.) Do you think these could pose a hazzard?

I just checked my account and have 5 8x10 credits and 10 wallet print credits (for 4 wallet prints each, I think) that expire in 5 days. I won't be able to use them before then. If anyone wants either please post in thread (so others can see that they are gone) - first to reply gets them.
