It is indeed an overseas company. Specifically, it is located in Hong Kong. We have order everything from 4x6 to 12x18 prints, over a dozen photo books, along mouse pads, cards, etc and have been happy with them. It does take multiple weeks for items to ship. We did call them once (U.S. number, but only staffed during normal business hours in Hong Kong), after making a mistake during the creation of a photo book. They did answer, but english is not their native language.

The only one I've received so far was the deck of cards that I bought for my own stocking a couple of months ago. I was VERY happy with how the picture printed. I didn't open them to see how the cards felt, but the picture was very nice.
