ArtsCow and Copywrite issues

Has anyone else had their Artscow ordere cancelled for Copywrite issues? I worked for 6+ hours on the kid's autograph books yesterday. (Thanks so much to all the Dis designers and their share files:goodvibes ) I ordered the books last night and got an email saying my order had been cancelled due to copywrite infringment.

They did not refund my money but said I could reorder. I changed the front covers of the books, I'm thinking the covers could have sent up a red flag. They were obviously Disney, my daughter's was a pic of the princesses and my son's had the Fab 5 on it. So now I used their cover designs and inserted a pic of each kid from our last trip.

I'm crossing my fingers that this works!
 
I recently (end of April) made autograph books for my two girls. They were taking a horribly long time to complete them and I was getting nervous about receiving them in time for our trip, so I contacted them at the end of May. They said there had been a fire that had damaged some files so they were having to go through each file to check for damage. They ended up cancelling my order after a long hassle w/ them. I figured it was because they went through them by hand and saw they were Disney images. I also thought that mine was a rare instance that they cancelled the order--which they said was due to copyright issues. Multiple people use them for making Disney autograph books, passports, etc., so it must just be the luck of the draw of whose they cancel. We must just have bad luck. Hopefully they'll print your new versions. Good luck!
 
Thanks! I'll definitely be watching closely to see what happens. My first order was cancelled quickly, like within 30 minutes of me submitting it. I'll be watching my email tonight to see if a cancellation comes through again. I haven't heard anything yet but that is probably because it is the middle of the night in Hong Kong. We'll see, I guess....

No cancellation notice yet :-) Thanks for asking! I'll be watching the status though just to make sure it doesn't get cancelled.
 
I got an email saying my autograph books shipped today:goodvibes Hopefully they'll be here in a few weeks. We have 38 days until we leave so I'm very hopeful that they'll be here in time!
 
Yea! I'm glad to hear everything turned out well. It's always fun to anxiously check the mail each day. Have a fun trip!
