I am considering adding a reservation for my upcoming 6/13-6/15 pre-cruise trip, if the Copper River salmon will still be available. Does anyone know? Also, I would love to see a recent menu, as I'm considering adding a DP but I need to look at the current appetizers to be sure. Many thanks!! :goodvibes

Thank you! I was hoping for their summer menu as I think some of those items have changed?

The menu on the official WDW website (here) is mostly accurate. There might be a few things that are off (for example, this menu doesn't show the Copper River salmon), but besides that, the appetizers and entrees are accurate (as of May 2012).

Thank you! Love your reviews, BTW!

Thanks so much! And I really hope you enjoy Artist Point. The salmon is wonderful, even when it's not from the Copper River. :goodvibes

I really enjoyed the "regular" salmon in December and also the roasted oyster app - hope they still have that!!

This was posted on allears.net's newsletter page for this week

Copper River Salmon, the largest and most sought after of all Pacific salmon species, is now available for a limited time at Artist Point restaurant at Wilderness Lodge.

If you're lucky, they will have it. The last time I was there in June, they had it the day before I ate there, but not the day I went (they didn't get a delivery that day). It's hit or miss...good luck! It is wonderful!

Copper river salmon has just started arriving in grocery stores here in Seattle. Usually it's around for about a month so I would think it very likely that Artist Point will have it for your trip.
