I had the cedar plank salmon a couple of years ago as well and the side then was something with barley in it, so can't speak to the hash either but I found the salmon a little too well done for me, (it was a little dry), so just a recommendation to let your server know how you like your salmon cooked. The cedar plank flavor was very nice though. Po was our server and I loved her; she took super care of us and kept calling me "my lady!" If she is still there and working that night, be sure to request her.
Just another comment about the appetizers: I had the mushroom soup and it was the best mushroom soup I have ever had. Even got the recipe. My husband got the duck egg rolls (I think they are still on the menu) and they were scrumptious too.
