Artificial sweeteners?

Here's a crazy question...

What is the "artificial sweetener of choice" at Disney, or does it vary by restaurant?

Splenda, Equal, or Sweet 'N Low?

If I remember correctly, they have all three at every single dining place. I know for sure they have Splenda, DH is diabetic and was thrilled that they had Splenda!

DH and I are huge Sweet and Low fans for ice tea and the only place I can find it is at WPE in DTD. I always bring my own.

I have seen Splenda and Equal in all the park and resort TS though

NOT crazy at all!! DH and myself only like Equal - I carry it in my purse everywhere because some restaurants still don't have it!

WDW has Splenda and usually Equal. Very rarely you will find Sweet 'n Low too. As we are "pink" fans, we carry Sweet 'n Low with us.

Interesting difference: DCL has all three.

Thanks for asking this shyjade b/c I was wondering it as well. I usually drink Dr. Pepper, and they don't have it at WDW (IMO WDW's biggest flaw). We have a bunch of ADR's planned and I was going to just drink tea. Since I am a Sweet 'N Low girl, it looks like I'll need to pack my own.

What a funny coincidence- I went grocery shopping yesterday and happend past the clearence bin (I guess that is what you call it for food, too ) and they had a travel pack of Equal (the little plastic dispenser type, comes with 100 'tablet' type servings) fully packaged (ie- not wripped open, etc) marked to $1.65!! It was the only one there, too! Told DH that's his job to make sure and take it with him!!!

I also remember seeing Splenda. We only use Stevia, so we have to bring our own sweetners.

It is Splenda & Equal wish they had Sweet 'N Low but alas they only have the first two.
