As someone who goes to the parks 5 days a week Oct-April my gripe is those that rent from outside companies and eventhough they signed a contract saying they won't ride with kids in their lap do. Too many times i have seen the kid cause user to run into someone or something. I'll never forget when a grandma went full speed into the stroller parking because her grandchild pushed the throttle. She was lucky nobody was standing there because she left a pile of strollers some of them mangled. I've also seen two adults sitting on a scooter.
