Craig, Becky, lisaviolet, Stacey, Yvonne, and Tracey Thank you very much. It's been an awesome surprise to hear from everyone about this article.
Monte, I hope to do that very thing. It will be a constant reminder to not only keep the weight off, but to get my rear in gear and continue to run to get to my next Marathon. The medal is enough motivation, but the article sure will help!
Missyha, Dennyha and utguitarist Thank you very much. It was great sharing a toast and meal with you guys and I hope to be able to do so again.
I've had people coming up to me at work asking for advice so I hope to be able to help others in their journey to either losing weight or being active.
I am amazed to see that others have started at ground zero like I am right now. It's so motivating. Before I read this article, I wld have assumed that you had been an athlete all your life.
Scott - AWESOME for you too!!! Wow you are an inspiration - I can't believe you walked around the MK for 6 hours after the 1/2 when you still had to do the full!!! Thanks for sharing your follow up article.
Scott, loved the article. Gives me hope for the goofy in 2009. Pretty nervous about it, but also very excited. I really just need to go into it with the mindset of just finishing in time for both races next year.
