Hi there, going to Disneyland in April 14 and the kids want to do Knotts.. just wondering if anyone has taken the ART to and from the park and would they recommend doing so.
Thanks

I've used it.

You have to be VERY aware of the schedule. There's a big block of time in the middle of the day when that route doesn't run.

We took the ART bus this summer. We preferred it over the metro bus simply because we had the unlimited ART pass already. It isn't the quickest ride but it works fine. Just make sure 1. you know the return times and 2 when getting off the bus you ask the driver where to get the return bus. When we took it the bus came on time in both directions. Basically we found it easy to take ART to/from the Knotts Berry Farm.

Your kids will LOVE Knotts! Their kids area is better than Disneyland's because not many adults ride their kid's rides. So lines are short.
Be sure to try the Chicken Dinner restaurant. If you want to save a few $$$, get it from the ToGo area and walk under the tunnel to the little park/picnic area near Independence Hall. Easy seating and you have giant chickens walking around everywhere. Also 3' catfish in the little lake there to watch, plus turtles. The kids always love it there.

Thanks for the info.. we have been before and enjoyed it,, but took a taxi there and back, and if we already have the Art pass was thinking of using that as it would be cheaper.
