Anyone here used ART while staying at the Anaheim RV park on Midway Drive?

If so...how long is the ride to and from the park? It looks like it stops at a LOT of places. So I'm just wondering if it takes forever.

Not sure about ART going to be RV park, but I think you're right that it would take awhile because of the number of stops if it does. I recommend taking Uber instead. More flexibility, quicker and cheaper.

Yes. We used it when we stayed there in 2015. Worked really well. It was the first scheduled pick up in the AM and the last off in the PM. It picks you up in the lot across from the office and there is a ticket machine right there. It's route 6 of the hotel/Clementine line and runs every 20 minutes or so with the first bus pickup about 2 hours before park opening and last bus at night departing 30 minutes after park closing (but check the website to confirm). IIRC there were only 3 stops total on this route so it's a quick trip.

Depending on your party size another option is Uber/Lyft. It costs about $6.00 each way and you can transport 4 people in an UberX. No car seats though. We now use Uber for our park transport when we aren't staying onsite. It's just nice to be riding to and fro in what amounts to a private car. We rarely wait more than 6 minutes for an Uber as opposed to waiting up to 20 for the ART.

given the price of the shuttle, if you have very many people in your party, it makes Disney's parking much more reasonable and convenient.

ClaraOswald, this is off topic, but I was wondering how your recent trip was. How did your son do? I have a son on the spectrum and remember those early days well. I hope your trip was everything you hoped it would be.

Uber may or may not be an option depending on when we go. I'm really just curious for fun. We have no actual plans or even an RV yet...haha! It would depend on how old our son is and if he would need a booster or anything in a car.

It was fantastic!! I hope to write a trip report at some point but just haven't had the time yet. He did really well in the parks and at the hotel. The flights were so-so but not horrible. Overall, a lot of fun. Can't wait to go back but not sure when we'll be able to.

So glad to hear this!! I had been wondering how it went! Would love to read a trip report!

On a tripadvisor review, someone said the shuttle was less than 10 minutes to and from the park. That doesn't sound too bad if it's accurate. Quicker than driving/parking.
