Art of Disney Cross Stitch

Hi Everyone,
I am someone who LOVES disney and have been many times. We are DVC members and Florida Residents, so we go at least 4-5 times a year. I love the cross stitch and have completed the Puppy Love one and The Past Present and Forever. I have started Self Portrait and have Happiest Celebration waiting for me. However, I started too late to get a couple that I really wanted. I was at DTD this weekend and they told me that there were a bunch that were discontinued. I searched in MGM, Epcot, MK and DTD and was unable to find Preening Pixie or Cindrella Castle. If there is anyone who has these patterns and are willing to sell or trade, I would gladly send the ones I have your way. I am planning on obtaining the 30th Anniversary this year, and will share that one as well. If anyone can help I would greatly appreicate it. Thanks

I LOVE Disney, too! I'm a bit farther away than you (live in Pennsylvania) so I don't get to go as often as I like, but my husband and I have been going every year for the last five years. I would love to live in Florida and go even more often!

Anyway, I do have the pattern for "Cinderella Castle." (Not the kit, as I have completed the project, but all of the paperwork that came with it.) There is some wear along the creases on the two pattern sheets, particularly the one for the top half of the design, so there is one vertical line along the charts that is hard to make out, but being an experienced stitcher, you could probably make do by looking at the lines on either side! I didn't write on any of it, so the charts are otherwise in pretty good condition.

In exchange, I would love the pattern for "Self Portrait" when you are finished with it! I already have the kit for "Past Present and Forever" but haven't gotten started on it yet. There is no hurry, as I'm working on a couple of things at the moment, so if you would like to trade, please don't feel rushed to finish yours.

That is sooo exciting!!! I will e-mail you as soon as I get home (I'm at work right now and don't have access to my yahoo account). I have a scanner and could probably e-mail you the patterns you are looking for and would love to share my address with you so we can work it out.

I just completed Past Present and Forever....LONG!!!! But it looks amazing. Self Portrait looks very nice, and my Puppy Love one is VERY cute too. I started on my Happiest Celebration this past weekend. We are going to Star Wars weekends on saturday and hopefully my hubby will buy me some new ones that are out. (35th Anniversary Celebration, Mistletoe Kiss and Mickey & Minnie Wedding).

I will definatly e-mail you as soon as I get home and we can work out what is the best way to trade!! Thank you again!!

I am looking to get the Mistletoe Kiss and/or 35th Anniversary kit from WDW. I was going to call the park and see if I could order them. Do you know how much they are at the park? TIA

Some of the newer ones are going for up to $60.00. I was there a couple of weeks ago and was surprise at how much they were. I think the 35th Anniversary was between 55-60. I can't remember exact price though.

They must have put the last three cross stitches up. All the others were retailing at $45 plus tax. That is a big hike in price but i will still have to get them so that i have them all.

Can anyone help I am trying to get the Cinderellas cross stitch chart. Was going to get it when I go in October but is has been retire. I live in Scotland and would be grateful if anyone could send me a copy if they have one. i will get different kit in October and will be happy to forward to anyone who wants. Thanks
