Since we restarted sailing have people still been getting the art cards? Did we get a bumper sticker at one point also? Can’t remember if that was a level up item also?

Edit: bumper sticker was actually car magnet.

We've never gotten a bumper sticker.

I had forgotten about those. They must be given out when you go to the next level. I only remember getting those once.

The art cards were mailed out to returning cruisers after the cruise.
This is from the letter we got when they started mailing them out:

We value our Castaway Club members. And beginning in February 2014—to show our thanks—you'll receive a small token* of our appreciation when you return home after each cruise.

We commissioned 5 artists to create a series of Castaway Club-exclusive art cards. Collect one after each cruise.* There are 5 cards that you can collect. Each card was designed by a different artist using our Disney ships as inspiration—and showcasing the artist's unique medium and creative vision.

And if you're celebrating a Disney Cruise Line milestone—like your first Disney cruise or your Castaway Club status turning to Gold or Platinum—you'll receive a special car magnet* (in lieu of the art card) to celebrate your milestone and show off your new Castaway Club status.

The designs are a secret for now, so you can look forward to a fun surprise in the mail after your cruise.

Did not receive any art cards after out last two cruises IIRC.

Even though we are Platinum plus cruisers we never received any of the CC tier level magnets that DCL sends out.

I do not think they ever did bumper stickers.

We got 4 art cards - 3 of them the same one.

I don't know how they did it, but we did wind up with all 3 magnets, but didn't get the first one until we'd completed like 4 cruises, then we got the 2nd one after another cruise, and the 3rd one 2 cruises later.

We got our first silver magnet after our first cruise and then we got another silver magnet after our second cruise, which was more than one year later. We got art cards with both, too! We didn't get anything after our first post-restart cruise last September. It's too soon to say if we'll get something for the two cruises that we just completed. Hopefully, we'll at least get our gold magnet!

I wonder if the first name on the reservation was different (you once and your husband the next) as to why you got repeated cards.

No, I was the reservation holder and my wife was the other adult for both cruises. Both magnets came with the "welcome to the Castaway Club" envelope and stuff, too. I think it was just a system glitch, but hey, free magnet!
