Art at the BC made my day!

I just wanted to quickly post and say that Art, the greeter at the BC, totally made my day today. I stopped and chatted with him earlier on our way back to our room. He is truely a wonderful person. He exemplifies the spirit of Disney and proves that there are people in this world with true genuine kindness. If you have a chance to talk with him don't pass up the opportunity.

We try to stay at the YC when we go to WDW. We always walk to the BC to see Art. We get a family picture with him everytime if possible. He is one of the really "Disney" people there. I am glad he made your day.

That is wonderful that he made your day. It would be nice if you let Disney know about your experience with Art. You can report an exemplary CM to the resort - ask at the front desk for the form.

I hope to get a salute on friday when we check in. Art always has taken time out for our girls, he is a definate asset not only to the BC but also Disney as a whole.

My kids, (as well as me), really hate it when Art is not there when we walk by. The kids want to know why he can't work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. He is always there with a smile and a kind word. He even remembers me from trip to trip and says welcome home. Hopefully, this will be the way the rest of your customer service will be at the BC.

Yes, as a matter of fact one day when we were heading out to a park, we stopped and talked to Art. He had a pin on this lanyard that my daughter really wanted, but she didn't have her lanyard with her. He took the pin off his lanyard and put it into his pocket and told her to come back later with her pins and he would have it in his pocket to trade with her. Well true to his word, later that day, we came back and traded with him, it made my daughters day.

I think Art is awesome He does really love his job!! He's just so charming its cute! I told him he was famous and he MUST take a picture with me...he thanked me for the compliment LOL
