This our first family trip, so all advice is appreciated 
We will be driving so I would also like advice on when to use our's or disney transportation.
Day 1 Arriving that a.m. going to MK
Napping at resort in afternoon
Dinner at Teppanyaki 7:45 want to see Illuminations after dinner
This is also EMH at Epcot (depends on our tiredness level if we stay)
Day 2 MGM
Lunch at Sci-Fi 12:00 ( is this worth 4 TS credits, 2A 2C)
*should we pay OP for this or split meal between Me and DH
Staying for Stars & Motor Parade
EMH at MK
Day 3 Sleeping late
Epcot (don't figure we would have seen everything from night 1)
Hop over to MK
Crystal Palace for dinner at 3:45

Day 4 Animal Kingdom
Parade at 4:00
Dinner at ESPN Club (possible sharing TS with DH)
Day 5 CHef Mickey's Breakfast
Parks of Choice
Day 6 Going home day (leaving that night)

Have 2 ADR's for this day, need to decide
1900 Park Fare Dinner at 8:00 (this was the only one I could get)
Planet Hollywood at 5:00
Of course we are staying 5 nights so we have 5 TS credits that I am going to try to stretch through 6 full days

We always use the Disney Transportation, I assume you are staying on site. But you are also hopping around alot (I also assume you have a hopper pass), alot depends on where you are staying as to weather or not it is worth bringing your car. On day 3, I am not sure what you consider sleeping late, but you are going to Epcot late then over to MK for a 3:45pm dinner, you will need to give yourself enough time to travel back and forth between these parks, this may be a day you would consider bringing your car. If you were to dine at ESPN on the same day that you went to Epcot, you could easily take a nice walk out the international gateway (near France) and right over to the Boardwalk, it's about a 5 minute walk or you could take the boat from MGM right to the boardwalk. Also on day 1, when they have emh at Epcot, do they push back the time of Illuminations or is it still at 9pm? If it is still at 9pm then a 7:45 dinner maybe cutting it close. I'm sure you will have a great time reguardless but just remember the less time you spend hopping around the more time you will have in the parks! Good Luck
