I missed redeeming on etour again this week- this makes three weeks in a row!! This is frustrating, I wish that we could just redeem the points when ever we felt like it- I am sure that you all agree!! :

But can the person who submitted the tips on the old board about refreshing the screen (or something) for etour and how you always get the GC's that you want, can you put these tips here for both grover and me??? I don't want to get stuck in the same situation as Grover when I try to cash out.
