ARRRRRGGGHHHHH! Called today and SQUAT!

I called today just as the unofficial Guide said to and still had to wait a 1/2 hour ARRRRGGGHHHHH! I finally got through and the C.M told me I called a day early. I am arriving on 12/02 and by all my accounts and those of the calculatours I have used on-line all say today is my "90" day mark, Anyone else have a problem or did my C.M just mess up?

Call back, CM messed up. We arrive on 12/1 and I made my ADRs yesterday, called back this am for the Albatros (SP?) Cruise on 12/2, because those are still only 90 days out.

I would agree with you, today is your 90 day mark. I would phone back.

I called back and it was a BIG,BIG,BIG C.M mess up, my wife is on the phone now I hope we can still get in to our sp we wanted.

I also called this morning since I also arrive 12/2 and only waited about 15 minutes, but when I got through the CM tried to tell me that I could only make ressies for the rest of the week if I made one for my arrival day??? By what she was telling me I would need to make an ADR for 12/2 and then I could make the rest for my week. That didn't make sense to me, but she did check Cindy's for me for the days I wanted and they weren't available anyway, so I'm gonna try back on Monday, that would be exactly 90 days from the day I wanted anyway (12/4). If you were calling for Cindy's breakfast they only had 12/10 available when I called, the beginning of the week was already booked.

I had trouble too when I called yesterday for my ADR's starting on December 1st. The CM first tried to tell me that I was more than 90 days out. Then she couldn't find my AAA reservation. After being put on hold for awhile, she came back and said that she found the reservation, but I still couldn't make ADR's yet. She said I had to call back on September 6th???!!! Of course this made no sense to me, and I kept pressing the point that I WAS 90 days from my arrival at a WDW resort, and that I should be able to make reservations from December 1st for 10 days. I'm not sure if she finally understood, or just was sick of me explaining it, but she gave up and let me make the ADRs! Yayyy!!!

Keep on arguing. She was giving me bad info. I finally got what I wanted by not backing down. Thanks to this board I knew that I was right and she was wrong.

Yesterday was my 90 day mark, I was on hold for nearly 45 minutes before getting a CM, I got everything I wanted but CRT for 12/2. I called back this morning and got CRT after being on hold for only seconds.

Last week when I was making a change to ge the Fl rest. rate. I asked about the 90+10 because I wanted to make sure that I had it right. I also aked her what day I could call to start making the ADR's and she told me 9/2. So yesterday I lost a hour of work and stared calling at 6:57 was on hold for over 30 mins only to be told that I couldn't make my ressies until 9/7. Talk about angry and upset asked to speak to a manager who was NO HELP, couldn't have cared less about how they ruin my whole vac that I planned a year for because of some bimbo. I told them the name of the CM that told me the wrong info and it still didn't make any difference. I also have to work next wed which is the correct date I was told. Since I won't be getting home from work until 7:30pm there won't be a chance in hell I me getting anything I'm sure. I told him he was no help to me and I wasn't going to have a DISNEY DAY thanks to him.

Keeping my fingers crossed they maybe a co-worker can cover for me so I can be on the phone.

I also arrive on 12/2 and called this morning (I got through in about 25 minutes) and made all of my reservations except Wolfgang Puck. I was told I had to call at the 90 day mark for that one. I did not make a reservation for 12/2 since we are arriving at 9:00 pm. No problems with making ressies for 12/3 through 12/8.

So 90 days isnt exactly 90 days? In other words, if my arrival is 12/8, Id call on the 9th according to the PS calculator.

i was on hold for 10 minutes this morning; so, i will stop whining! i was able to get everything but cindy's breakfast. however, as a back up, i booked cindy's lunch. on the plus side i was able to change my LTT on the night of MVMCP to an earlier t ime! will keep trying for cindy's. we arrive on 12/2. i had a very nice and helpful CM and she gave me some tips.
