Arriving lax later in evening

Lansky picked my kiddos up last year and it was perfect. We will be using them again in September.

Depends how late in the evening you're showing up. If it's before a certain time, you will still have the option of a shuttle.

I used Super Shuttle last year and it was fine...but, it was not fast. It took about 1.5 hours from the time of pick-up (I was the first person) to the time I was dropped off (third, I think). About half of the time was taken just getting out of LAX and picking up other passengers and the rest was spent traveling to DLR. It was pretty cheap (shared shuttle), but not quick.

Depending on how many are in your party and whether you will need car seats, you could look into using Uber.

We used Super shuttle on both of my last 2 trips, and I have no complaints. For the $ paid per person it was OK. Once we arrived, we went out the departure doors to the blue signs, and there was a super shuttle agent waiting there, it did take a while to leave to Airport, but considering where we were it was not bad. Could have used the Disney Shuttle, but the last bus leaves at 9 PM.

Also.. there are always coupon codes on-line, you can save 10% BLUEM is the current code and I just confirmed it works.

I have used super shuttle and the disneyland shuttle-the disney shuttle is more comfy and they play a movie for the kids BUT it is more expensive and i felt like it had less arrival and departure times than super shuttle. You don't have to book either one in advance though so you could play it by ear and make your choice based on how tired everyone is, how you all feel and what does or doesn't feel worth it for how your family is doing when you get there. It can be hard to arrive with tired little ones late at night after a taxing day of travel and manic excitement that comes from the "were-on-our-way-to-disneyland" high.

I hear a lot of good things on here about lansky transportation but I haven't used it myself.

We typically fly into SNA, but find grabbing a cab just as easy as anything else.

I have used Karmel shuttle (once) and Lansky car service (two times). I much prefer Lansky even though it is more expensive. When I used Karmel our plane was late by about 15 minutes and it took quite awhile for our baggage to arrive on the carousel, neither part was our fault, yet when we found the shuttle the driver was very annoyed with us and kept complaining that we made everyone wait for us. Then when we were departing the shuttle was over 15 minutes late. I did not think that was very professional.

The first time we used Lansky our plane was again late and this time it was two hours late due to weather. When we were met by the driver at baggage claim he was professional and friendly and never once made us feel like the plane delay was our fault. Although we knew about the delay in advance so we contacted the company, and they responded that it wouldn't be a problem. In fact he still offered to take us to In-n-Out Burger as we had requested on our reservation (we declined because we just wanted to get to Disneyland). On the way back the driver was on time, and waiting for us when we returned from the park. We just got back two days ago from Disneyland and used Lansky as second time and again the service was excellent. When he picked us up to go back to the airport he was 11 minutes early. If I fly into LAX again, and I probably will as it usually saves us over $300 a person over SNA, I will use Lansky. Oh, and I also like that it is private and not a shared service.
