I'm only a little worried about this, but I want to see what others think. If I show up at Epcot at 9am on a Monday in early February, which is an EMH morning, will the park be packed?

I can see the other parks being busy, but not Epcot. Does anyone even take advantage of EMH at Epcot now?

I was just at Disney over Thanksgiving. I went to Epoct on Wednesday and got there at 8:30ish and didn't realize it was an earyl entry day. The park was pretty full around Test Track and Mission Space, the rest of the place was pretty empty. I know they were out of FP for TT by 1:00 but I'm sure that was due to it being a busy time. I wouldn't worry about going for the early entry.

Just veer right... the left side will have been open for an hour already. Unless, of course, you need Fastpasses for MS and TT. It will be somewhat crowded over there. (Keep in mind that TT and MS are open until park closing, and are often very uncrowded after dinner when most people head over to the countries)

I think in early Feb. you will be fine. There may be a longer wait for some of the most popular rides early on, but if you get Fastpasses and wait until later in the day, there won't be much of a problem.
