arriving in the evening

should i email the RPR saying we will be arriving late and request a room number and floor if possible

I would email them but there will be no guarantee that they will hold a specific floor or request for you.. usually it is first come first serve.. at least that has been my experince.

i already called and faxed my room request.....i'm early, but we're arriving between 9:30-10:00 AM, so, I figured, what the heck... ...give it a try!

Ok have to read up on which rooms to request and fax them from school.
