Arriving Early/Late for BOG Breakfast

Our plans changed and now we are arriving the night before our package begins instead of flying in at an unreasonably early hour. This will allow us to get into the MK when it opens that morning and I've been able to get individual BOG breakfast ADRs but they aren't all at the same time. How early or late can we check in for our reservations and hope to enter at approximately the same time? I know that we can just meet up inside the dining room once we've gone through the queue, but there's 40 minutes between the first ADR and the last one. I'm still working on changing one of those ADRs to a better time, but if I can't will one of us be able to check in 15 minutes late while another checks in 15 minutes (or more) early so that we can get in at times that are closer to one another?

I do not know the answer, but I would just continue to look for ADRs closer in time as individuals or part or all of you. Even for BOG people cancel. I was looking today at BOG and accidentally put tomorrow instead of the date I was looking at and could have gotten 2 people at 8:45 a.m. and 2 at 9:00 a.m.

I don't know if this is correct in your case (I'd want to know the actual times), but I was told and got let in at 8am for my 8:20am BOG breakfast. It is like a QS, so I dont think they police it that much. I dont know if this changes as you get later into breakfast though, for instance if your times are like 9:30-10:10 on an 8am open.

We were 20 min early for a 9:50 reservation. I didn't want to risk going on another ride, so decided to see what would happen if I checked in. They let us in, so all was good.

They wouldn't allow us to check in early for our ADR last summer. We were told to wait and check in at our ADR time. We did get in line and timed it so we were at the window about 5 minutes early.
