Hi,

We are arriving at the port around 10:00. I have heard that the port opens at 10:30ish. What happens to people who arrive early?

Thanks

You get to stand in line outside, they have a permanent canopy to stay under to avoid excess sun/weather. Also note actual boarding of the ship will not commence until the port clears the ship for boarding, usually happens around 12 noon. There will be characters and monitors running videos to keep any kids entertained.

If the guard is at the entrance to the port..you won't even be able to go up and drop off until 10:30...you will be asked to pull over in a vacant lot until 10:30...no reason to show up before then.

Have fun!

you can enter the waiting area inside about 10-10:30. then you wait til 11:30-noon to board the ship. a few of mickeys friends if not mickey him self. and you have a big model ship to look at and if you want to smoke you can go out by the ship and smoke. there is a small refreshment stand too. i have no idea if it or when it opens.

We are being dropped off by a taxi at 10:00. How does that work if the gaurd won't let you wait?

You should still be able to get to the tent in the day lot. The "guard" at the entrance is only there on Sundays that I'm aware of. That is the only day somebody is there to stop us when we come back from lunch break.
