Arriving at Epcot later in the morning--touring strategy?

Let's just say my family will not get to Epcot until about 10:30-11:00am, for whatever reason (laziness being the most likely reason!).

What do you think would be a good touring strategy if we are not arriving first thing in the morning? I do not know if it would be best to go to WS first, or to do FW first.

PS: No thrill-riders here!

I would do FW first. WS is open until 9:00 and many attractions in FW close at 7:00. With that said...Immediately go to Test Track and get your Fast Passes. They normally are gone by early afternoon. (If you decide not to do Test Track then get your Fast Pass for Sorin.) Head over to Sorin and if the standby wait is 60 minutes or less then I would go ahead and wait in line. It moves pretty fast. After Sorin, go check out Honey I shrunk the Audience. By now your fast Pass may be ready for Test Track.
