Arriving at CBR early

My daughter and friend will be at CBR in June for a grad trip. They will be arriving on a red-eye flight around 9:30am. If they get to CBR about 11 I realize their room will probably not be available, will the desk give them their room key with the unlimited passes and hold the luggage until the room is available? They would like to hit the parks as soon as possible.

Stayed at the CBR two years ago. We arrived early and expected our room wouldn't be ready. what a wonderful surprise when it was. You never know, but yes they they will hold the luggage and give you the passes.

If they are willing to take any room, they may be able to get a room right away. We arrived around 1:30pm and the room they assigned to us near the food court as requested was not ready. They checked what they had and we could have had a room right away, but it was not near the food court, so we decided to wait. We went to the food court to have lunch and checked around 3:00 and it was ready. I was glad we waited, we got building 25, which was very close to the food court.
