yes that was us....we were delayed 5 hours on the way out in Amsterdam.....we'd actually boarded and had to get off while they prepared another plane....one of the indicator lights wasn't working ..they said..

flight home uneventful and more or less on time....but a long wait for our connection in Amsterdam...but we knew that before we went..

and the holiday was worth it!!!!!

how was the service on board?

yes, once you get to orlando, the rest of it is irrelevant..

the service was good - as was the food - comparable to any British charter company - better leg room I would say. the baggage allowance was good also 2 bags per person and each bag not more than 46kg so in effect it was 46kg per person

we're not very demanding passengers but an American a couple of rows in front of us was very demanding and the crew were courteous and obliging at all times with him.

I much prefer to fly direct but because our luggage was put straight through fron Leeds Bradford it wasn't inconvenient at all - and check in was quite quick as well

sounds good...
i'm not a big fan of the airport in amsterdam, but all in all, it's not a bad connection..
